You buy an item in good faith (in my case for a job) and the seller eatier does not send it or delays past the complaint date.
When I leave negative feedback they accuse me of not checking the mail(really) and more than one occasion and then tell me that they won't consider a refund unless I take back the negative feedback .
They have alreday proven they are dishonest and I am suposed to trust them again ,as well as not warn other users about this practice?
I have found this practice more common on ebay in the last few years and usually after you remove the feedback (which after all is to warn people about their bad rep) they don't offer proper or any compensation.
Your feelings on this would be appreciated?
Regards
John

You open an Item Not Received case with Paypal within 45 days (which was up on Monday). The seller will then have to either prove tracked postage to you (there are outs, but for the sake of this post, let's go with that) or refund.
Never, ever, ever, ever let a seller string you out past 45 days.
If you funded the payment through your credit card you might be able to do a chargeback through your bank. Check with them.

If I let it go past the 45 days to open a dispute, I reckon I'd have a bit of a cry and then accept I had just learned an expensive lesson.
Oh, and I wouldn't trust them to refund AFTER I had revised my FB, but then again, I wouldn't let them bribe me anyway.

I know my fault but some times I trust a little to much and I am to busy some times to check exactly the date.
I put it up for others to learn off.
