Hi ...i want to know other peoples thoughts here.
I purchased an item here. When i received it, it was sent from a well known store on the web not the person i bought it off.
In other words This person bought the item under my name from a store at a cheaper price that they are advertising and charged me the $10 more on here for the same item that the same store to me. Thats like me giving her a bonus to buy something for me. She does not hold stock only buys from other stores at time of buyer purchasing. That is not a definition of a reseller. But Ebay is ok with it???
I feel ripped off and pissed off

I am not too sure why you feel ripped off?
Is it because you now realize that you could have sourced the item at a cheaper price yourself?
It's not a bonus per se, you have paid them for the service of locating the item for you, and handling the supply and risks involved.
You could have purchased the item yourself at the cheaper price, no?
I am pretty sure that sellers can list an item at whatever price they want for it regardless of the fact it may be available cheaper elsewhere. It is up to the consumer to decide if that's the price they are prepared to pay.
I'm not sure of the legalities of drop shipping (is that what this is?) on eBay, but I do suspect it is an accepted practise,
It may even be a case of the seller representing said business and made the listing on behalf of the supplier for greater exposure. There are a lot of sellers who do that. They have their own store, their own website and also sell on eBay and like platforms to increase their exposure.
Additionally, things for sale on eBay are commonly listed at higher than what is available in the retail store as additional fees are often taken into account as well, whereas sales from their own website wouldn't ordinarily attract listing and selling fees.

Hi crikey,
This person says she is a resller and the other store is a supplier which is untrue ....Definition of a resller is purchasing the items herself then sell for a profit not make a profit on her using my name to purchase an item. Anyway the item was faulty now she loses out and stuck with a faulty item herself. Its very underhanded to call yourself a Reseller when in actual fact she is not. Ebay is just **bleep** now....learnt my lesson quick and fast to never buy from here again . High way robbery (drop shipping)

Good morning! Have to totally agree with crikey on this . Simple solution is to do your own research.Works for me !!! As you were quite happy with the price at the time of purchase your complaint is baseless. Ebay is perfectly ok if used prudently without the expectation of buying products at abnormally low prices without the seller making a profit or being compensated for their time & effort in supplying products. In closing I am 99% a buyer & have only sold a couple of items so please don't presume that I am waving the banner for all sellers!!!

Thanks everyone but you all are missing the point
.....Its not the money
..its the fact she says she is a store and a reseller when she is not .
