I bought a CD from a seller in Germany from whom I have purchsed before with no issue; I live in Australia.Due to "the virus" I was informed that the order was cancelled; the seller has tried to refund me but is blocked by ebay and every attempt I make to seek a refund is also blocked; I am redirected to a place that offers no assistance whatsoever in this.I have now lost approximately $50AUD,so if no recompense is attained I will have no choice but to close my ebay account permanently.I am very angry about this.Has anyone else encountered simialr problems? TIA.

Item #?
Date of purchase?
What exactly does "blocked" mean.
How have you attempted to obtain a refund?
Details,details,details.

@katdaven,
You don't need to feel frustrated; the responders on these boards will be happy to get you through this! You will get a full refund as long as you follow the correct procedure for an INR (Item Not Received) dispute.
There are strict timelines for the process, so you must act exactly as outlined in eBay's Get help with an item that hasn't arrived page.
A few things first...
Once you've given us a little more information (as per the above questions), the community here can help direct you to the steps you need to take to get your refund.
