As you have not given much information, I am guessing maybe you are wanting to leave a negative feedback?

If it is a PS or TRS you can not leave negative for 7 days.

If it is neg you are wanting to leave, have you contacted the seller to sort out any issues first?

Or possibly, have you left it too long to leave FB ?
