why is it that when it involves a chinese seller, ebay refuses to act, ripped off, they have lied and lied re everything from the item listing to delivery, no i have not received it yet, ITEM NOT IN SAID COUNTRY, but all you get is wait wait wait, you allow these thieves to carry on with no recourse, yet when have had an issue with a local seller, you are all over it, guess your commission is way more important than the morals, honesty,ethics and truthfullness of sellers if chinese

Ebay staff do not read these boards and the members here are not responsible for how ebay do things

If you don't receive an item from ANY seller by the due date then wait a maximum of one week and start a

INR dispute,(get a full refund from any Chinese seller and do not accept that they will send another one or a

partial refund as you are entitled to either the product or a full refund including postage).

You will never receive a second item as that is never sent.

Them trying to delay is a tactic they use so that it becomes to late to start an eBay dispute.

Remember you have 180 days for a PP dispute if you have timed out from starting an eBay dispute.
