why is my name spelt wrongly I have told ebay several times and nothing has been done ,so once more

my name is Geoffrey Simpson not Geqffrey Simpson I thought that as I have with ebay for years wih another IP server who collapsed namely tadaust.org.au you would know me by now .I trust that you will correct this anomaly

You are not contacting ebay here...the boards are run by volunteer members like you.

To contact ebay go to Customer Support at the top right of the page and click on Contact Us.   Follow the prompts and ring ebay...emails take forever to be answered.

Just go to your My eBay at the top of the page and go to account.

Select personal information and then edit next to the Registered name and address,(then go from there).
