Maybe contact the seller and say you have only just noticed they don't post internationally so they may not wish to post to you and if that is the case, you are happy to cancel the sale.
I don't see how you could pay as whatever the cost is, if they don't post internationally, then the total item cost would only include domestic postage. You might get quite a shock at just how high international postage can be and might be very glad to cancel.
