a kitten, abandoned by an owner no longer to afford the care, sits in a deserted street in peleas de abajo, a once affluent village in northwestern spain of 250 inhabitans that is now, after the housing market collapsed in 2008, the most indebted town in spain.
A bit depressing I know, but it made me feel good for all the cat lovers here that would never abandon their cats like this.
