but that piece was made in 1927 for the Opening of Parliament House

very true, well known fact potterys from time to time reuse old back stamps, that back stamp first used 1906 [ref: a godden british pottery & porcelain]

I found a small cup and saucer. The cup has kolberg and a crest on it and a stamped star of david and a J on the bottom. The saucer also has the stamp on thw bottom. Anyone know anything about who the mfr is and how old it may be?
