Need some advice on custom orders please

I'm having some dramas with buyers not contacting me regarding their custom orders. I usually get most of the info when they order, I then contact them to allow them to choose their font.

I have a buyer in the US who has given me most of the info I need to complete their order but has not contacted me despite sending numerous ebay messages and email messages to their Ebay and Paypal addresses for the past 2 weeks.

Do I go ahead and choose the font for them and run the risk of receiving item not as described and them wanting a refund, or do I  just wait, or do I refund their payment?

What would you do?

Noticed this was posted a while ago, but thought I'd still respond.

I would email the buyer one more time stressing what information you still require and tell them you require this information within x number of days, at the same time, put them on notice that if no response is received you have no option but to refund their money as you will not proceed with the order unless all details are obtained.  I think that's pretty fair!
