Onesies

I recently had a listing removed because it had the word "onesie" in the title and description.  It was a Run Scotty Run one-piece baby suit.

Apparently this a breach of trademark for a certain company.

As far as I know a onesie is simply a one piece outfit.

And a subsequent eBay search returned over 8,000 onesies, of which only one was the brand belonging to the trademark??

i didnt realise this either . i have baby items listed with the same word . i think it sucks though that your listing was cancelled because of that because onesie does mean one piece out fit .

*a stupid question is a question never asked.

Re: Onesies

I had no idea onesie was a trademark?????     Trademark by who???    how weird.  Seems more likely someone would have outed you,  although i dont know who  but weird Ebay would just single you out unless they were doing some random check?
