Photo Frame problem

I have a bit of a problem with a photo frame I bought.  Can't work out how to open the back to put a picture behind the glass.    There is no tabs to pull out.   The back that should open is approx 55mm x 55mm.  I've added pics of the back and front of frame.IMG_3071.jpgIMG_3072.jpg

Re: Photo Frame problem

Do you think it's just stick in very tightly, or is the glass possibly 'stuck' to the card due to either glue or the age of the frame?

Perhaps it's time for an 'Item not as described' if it's not fit for purpose. If you try to do too much more your claim will be rejected on the grounds that you damaged it.

Re: Photo Frame problem

The front is glass.

Re: Photo Frame problem

That's what I was thinking

And that maybe that 'stuff' on the glass is some kind of glue residue which is why the card insert will not budge ?  (possibly)

Tried sticky tape and nail file and it won't budge.  Will try suction with vacuum cleaner.
