Photo Frame problem

I have a bit of a problem with a photo frame I bought.  Can't work out how to open the back to put a picture behind the glass.    There is no tabs to pull out.   The back that should open is approx 55mm x 55mm.  I've added pics of the back and front of frame.

can you do it from the front (or is it glass)?

Can you carefully pop out the small card with something like the blunt end of a nail file ?

Duct tape or sticky tape - then pull. LOL

What - to actually pull a backboard out of a frame.

Tried sticky tape and nail file and it won't budge.  Will try suction with vacuum cleaner.
