I had a customer enquire through ebay as to where her item was, BEFORE she had checked her mail. The item was in the po box. How do you remove the request for action?

Was it an enquiry or was a dispute opened?
If it was just a question there is no need to do anything.
If it is a dispute the buyer needs to close it? If she does not close it and you have definite proof it has been received then you can upload the proof to the dispute.
