Why does my account come up in another language?

My Ebay account will sometimes come up in another language or country, why? It's mostly Australian! It will have next to my name, "G-day"? Also, the Australian prices will be below my american prices? Strange isn't it?

There were reports on the US site of this type of glitch happening.

Just need to type the address into address bar on the browser again, ebay.com
