Why does my account come up in another language?

My Ebay account will sometimes come up in another language or country, why? It's mostly Australian! It will have next to my name, "G-day"? Also, the Australian prices will be below my american prices? Strange isn't it?

Ebayers have to stop using the Stella label as Stella McCartney which it is not!
