Hi i purchased items from ebay sports direct. i recievd some of the order but not all but had been charged for all. once i asked them they said it was out of stock and that i hadent been charged for this. I then sent the a message saying i had been charge. they had sent back can i please close the case so they could refund it as the case was open this was not allowing them to refund. i still havnet been refunded and its now 3/1/2017 ordered 28/11/12.
