Buying a signed photograph with COA

I'm interested in buying a signed photograph and the seller has told me it has a COA certificate from JFH Collectibles Inc. and is "guaranteed to pass PSA/DNA authentication"

I can't seem to find anything about JFH so a bit hesistant to purchase. Has anyone has heard of them? Or would I be better off only going with Global Authentics LLC?

I have a good collection of autos, mainly in person, signed, in front of me

Without looking or knowing what you want to purchase, let me say

Before purchasing autos, at least have a read,about telling fakes, auto pen,s copies, there is some good reading, just goggle

Remember " too good to be true," , then you have to be sure especially paying good/any money 

If you have to ask questions, there has to be some concern, BUT let me say  PSA/DNA authentication, is reputable, but you want them authenticated by them not that they would pass by them,there is a difference

Beware, lots of fakes 

Oh also, a COA is only as good as the person, anyone can write one
