I have a LOT of crystal left to me and wondering whether it sells here well or just hold onto it.

Points to consider. I assume here you are talking about vintage items, 50 years old at least.
1. Is it cut glass or crystal? Some cut glass (like dressing table items, perfume bottles) sell OK, but generally crystal is easier to sell.
2. It should be perfect condition or at least so close that it is very hard to notice. No chips or cracks, and especially important, any vases or bottles should not have cloudiness. This glass disease (where moisture has penetrated the skin of the glass) cannot be cured. You can't see it when the vase has water in it, but it makes items almost impossible to sell.
3. Crystal is HEAVY; packaging will be difficult and expensive, because the boxed items will be weighty.
If you are meaning Scandinavian or Italian items from the 1960's on, the above still applies but rare /signed pieces may have appeal, despite damage.
Honestly, if you like the pieces, I would use them and keep them, unless you suspect they are very valuable / collectable. Check completed items for an idea. We see boxes of vintage crystal sell for almost nothing at real life auctions every week; I am never tempted to buy unless it is a) small b) perfect c) very desirable. Good luck.

Thank you. I have several small and large pieces. I can't be certain of what type of crystal the pieces are as I'm an amateur in this field.
I appreciate your advice.

Oh, it's all drfinately crystal. Not sure of where it is from though and some pieces would be hard to put an age on.
