I wiull probably get a smack for this, but, here goes.

Wilma, how is Neil? My email is playing up, so until I get it fixed I thought I would post this.

Well I certainly plan on doing at least some of it. We are heading to New Zealand on March 1st, we are going to Tahuna, a little place near Hamilton, we stay with long time friends. Neil will shoot the NZ Clay Target Championships, we come back to Brisbane on the 14th. Will go to South Australia - hopefully - then my brother and SIL in Bendigo, Neils brother and SIL in Shepparton and then Wagga for our National titles, we are away for about 6 weeks and perhaps a bit.
Will catch up with some of the Boardies and relations and friends, will be a bit busy as we only have 2 weeks and 4 days from getting back from NZ until we need to be in Wagga. Just maybe we will have to miss out on SA and there will go the beach, crayfish and some red wine. Will take the laptop so I can keep in touch and you will be the first to know if I find the very elusive black koala, or maybe some new Seccombe.

Hey Wilma, you're selling my first 'real' camera! It was my pride and joy when I it bought duty free in Fiji back in 71. 🙂
It was nicked when we were robbed in '91. 😞

Need something to cheer me up at present. Long story - but in short terms - only 6 working days left until OH goes on combined annual / long service leave of 28 weeks and retires !!!!!!!! He has NOOOO plans - just thinks that he's going to "potter around" here all day every day and keep ME company. X-( ]:) X-(

Still drives me insane even after 3 years. Probably why I work 9 hours over two days a week. I loved being at home on my own before he retired. Oh, yes, he's got hobbies - growing orchids, looking after his parrots and playing games on his PC - ALL at home. :_|

Just bet you are looking forward to having him round 24/7, just think about all the together time you will be having. Breakfast in the breezeway, lunch out by the dam, dinner by candlelight, that's as far as I am able to go without being banned.
You/he will be surprised at the amount of things he can find to do round the yard, particularly one as large as yours, could keep him busy (and out of sight) for days on end.

You have "fun"ahead of you Hynes,get him interested in your hobbies in a slow but not noticable manner.

If that fails just take yourself off as normal,he will get used to that eventually.

Mine's already got a big shed, & has been talking about extending it!!! He could go play in it if'n he could get in it !!! 😮 hmmmm I think I had better get cracking and start writing up a list of TO-DO's. 😉
