You know when I told people I worked in metal health, the resposnse was "how can you do it" and for me it was simple...it was an honour .  I know people who work in palliative care and they feel the same.  Great people with great hearts.  Nothing it too much. My friend worked in a palliative care ward and she said it was an honour for her.  And the small bit I did was an honour in itself. So you call then when you need them.

Had to put Les in hospital today, he is being given morphine for his pain, no other treatment, now we sit with him and wait.
