How is everyone?

Hello everyone... sorry I was M I A for so long.
As Linda said, things are a bit bleak here, but Vic started his chemo on Wed..self administered 2 capsuls a day, so no trekking to and from hospital.
we'll find out in 14days how that's going, it is Sat now and so far no bad side effects:-D

Mum was 90 on Fri. and had a bad week too.. blood clot, in hospital for last weekend...she has altzheimers so not the best time there either!

and our Son was to come down to the Grand Prix this weekend, but ended up having to work elsewhere.... actually he was in Mongolia for a whole week, test driving a Lamborghini!!... I know sounds crazy but these hi-end car manufacturers do crazy stuff (Rob's a motor sport journalist/ magazine editor).

I've just started out a new little ''business'' selling one Sunday a month at a local Indoor Vintage market.. start tomorrow... been fun getting my stock of cloths, fabric, embroideries, knitting patterns etc read,
Actually it was a great distraction for me during these last few week.

Anyhow, enough of me! I am fine and thanks for your messages, good wishes etc.โ™ฅ

All the very best to you and Vic, Lyndel, and to your Mum, too.

Thoughts and prayers with all your family. Good luck with your market stall. It should be a great diversion for you.

Hi, Bit of an update for you, we are back in Bendigo, just for the night, and a coupe of garage sales in the morning, then it is off to Wagga. Had a great time in S.A., lots of fish and red wine, but sadly it was too rough to catch crayfish and the freezer was empty. Neil went to an auction on the Saturday, bought a few or more than a few things, including a nice frosted, green, uranium glass float bowl with a kneeling girl centre piece (or at least I think that is the centre). Then we went to Pricipals Auction House in Mount Gambier, bought two little Kookas sitting on a log, not a Seccombe but still very nice, also bought 3 pieces of carnival, 3 fruits plate and two orchid and bullrush bowls. The car is pretty full, both the boot and the back seat, don't really know what he has bought or had biven to him or traded, will find out when we get home. We will be in Wagga from tomorrow afternoon until the following Monday week and home a couple of days after that. Will keep you posted on anything that happens in Wagga.

LOL, Wilma, by the sound of it you will need to buy a trailer before you head back home. :^O
How I envy you. I wish I could go traveling around, meeting up with friends and looking for goodies.

Sounds as if you are going to have great fun unpacking and finding things you forgot that you have bought.

Thanks for taking us on your journey with your updates.

Hynes made a comment on my new look and there didn't seem to be a place to respond without hijacking a thread. I have a niece who makes great hats and facinators. My brain being as broken at it is , along with all the other mental health stuff is very limiting in my life, plus all the stressors with workers compensation. So I took the line from AA, change what you can , don't change what you cant and know the difference. So I am changing a hat every now and then. Being a human middle age model for her stuff. I have the same picture on facebook. Sorry if it a bit confronting for some people but the more we keep mental illness out of the closet, the better it is for people like me. Funny enough ebay has been very good in retraining my brain, though its like crawling through mud all the listing and stuff.
