Glad to hear your knee isn't as bad as first thought, Misslinda.
have you worked out why you fell down the front steps, so you can maybe avoid it in future?
My little bloke went very well and is winging his way off to a well-known collector as we speak. :-x

Got some good news to share (for a change, hehe), my youngest and her partner are having a baby, due next April, we are all thrilled. They are not finding out the sex of the babe so I will just have to make 2 quilts, LOL

That's great news Miss L. :-x
You will be very busy making two quilts. Hopefully that will keep you from falling down for a while. ๐

Lovely news Linda โฅ
hi everyone from me, been a while, Vic's back in hospital (actually finally in Rehab at Heidelberg), but not doing too well. Cant seem to walk unaided at all now, and having a few falls. Not sure if its the pills or the Radiotherapy he had cpl months back or just the bl%$#@ tumour which is still growing. ๐
the Occ Therapist is coming to the unit next week with Vic, to discuss with me the possibilities of him coming home and what we could alter in the unit to make it 'Vic friendly'
I'm fine, still volunteering at the Oppie 2 days a week (my little bit of sanity, LOL).
No new buys, havent got room in the unit for all the stuff we own, let alone buying more!!

Lyndel it's really good to see you, sorry to hear that Vic's not going too well, he is a fighter isn't he. I hope when he comes home, he improves. Also glad to hear you are still doing the oppy, it does, indeed, help to keep us sane.

Hang in there, Lyndel.
It's such a worry for you, but it's obvious you're doing the very best you can.

Wilma, you and Neil ok? Was wondering how the birds were.and, and, you haven't been selling much lately, yes, I know I am nosy, just checking.

Hi Miss Linda,
thanks for the inquiry. We are both as good as we get, Neil is still considering getting something "done" with his bone on bone left ankle, don't know how he puts up with it. Me, I am due for a small visit to Grreenslopes Hospital on the 26th and 27th, need to have a stent put in my right renal artery, might make my kidney work a bit better - here's hoping.
We have finally seen the baby parrotts, notice is said parrotts, there appears to be 2 of them, saw them yesterday sitting in the hole in the nest box. They appear to be almost fully feathered, one is a little bigger than the other. Tried to take photos, but being totally unfamiliar with Neils camera, couldn't work the zoom lens, the photos were hopeless. It was a dull, overcast morning and I was taking them into what light there was, not up to scratch at all.
Small dog is good, she is well also. Now she knows that they are only birds in the box she doesn't worry about them.
That's it from me. Next please, we haven't heard from Hynes for quite a while.
Wilma,
