haha good one Mon, and your grandson is just beautiful.
I do hope the Insurance Company don't give Wilma and Neil grief. They are quick to take your money, not so quick to pay up.

We are finally back on line, three cheers. Just a quick one to let you all know that we are back at the house, living in the shed but with access to the house for a toilet and bathroom. We are pretty well set up, have most things that we need. It will be a long process before the house has been restored. As you already know we lost most everything, the collectibles were all saved, don't think we lost one of them. They have been cleaned and are packed in boxes in the other shed. The Insurance Company is still receiving reports but they have already told me we didn't have flood insurance. I tried to convince the Hydrologist that I had forgotten to turn off the bath taps and flooded the whole neighbourhood, don't think he believed me. Looks like we will have to foot the bill for the damage - ouch.
Thanks to everyone for their concern and inquiries about our welfare, thanks to Hynes for keeping you informed. Small brother and SIL are arriving tomorrow, they are keen to help prepare the house for repairs. Guess the more we can do the less we will have to pay other people. That's about it for this sitting, will be back again later.

Hi Wilma (and Neil)
I have been so worried about you and knew it wasn't good news. At least the collectables are OK but a shame about the rest of the house. :_| Blardy insurance companies don't know what they are on about. You wouldn't tell a lie. :^O
{{{BIG HUGS}}} :-x

Oh, Wilma,
What a terrible thing! We were all so worried. It's good news about your beautiful glass and kookas etc, but I guess they're the least of your worries.
Which insurance company? There's only one way to deal with rotters. name and shame!
