I can list some items in collectibles and wanted to use this free option while available. I have this item which was with grandmas things and have no idea what it could be it was in the drawer in lounge.  Any help would be appreciated  Image attached.  Its Brass I think  not clever  with this type of thing

Thats what I was thinking.  Like a personal one seen them with covers. She smoked right up to the end aged 94 and went in her sleep still in her own home.

The design suggests to me something that stacked - maybe originally there was a set of them in a caddy. There are some different examples here
