I was going to give the topic the title
Bells and Bicycles in Bruge
But seeing we are only here for another night decided not to.
Why Bicycles and Bells?
Well the bicycle rules!!!! they have right of way beware any pedestrian that gets in their way,as I found out.Honestly the bicycles do have right of way.
Bells ring every fifeteen minutes and it is lovely,so European.
Went to the markets today, just brand new goods nothing old to find, did find a couple of antique shops but was very dissapointed in them.
The weather is just perfect, plenty of autumn sun, hope it stays that way.Hopefully I will be able to post photos next week.

LOL.
What did you think of it?
I was a little disappointed as many stallholders had gone because of the heavy rain during the night.
Still I spent five and a half hours walking around the place and did buy a couple of pieces of Carnival.
Did enjoy talking to one stall holder who is often seen on Bargain Hunt and who was very upset about David Barby.
Apparently she was filmed in May dealing with David but that has not been shown on TV yet.

I attend every 2 months, I only live 60 miles away,
I keep an aluminium folding bike in my car and whizz round the place in a third of the time, I usually head for my usual sellers and buy coins, banknotes and medals, all small stuff that will fit in my backpack.
I used to sell there back in 1996, we had a pitch shared between 3 of us.
I was once filmed by a Swedish antiques show while selling , I don`t know if my mugshot was shown in Sweden, LOL

Found my first piece of Aussie pottery today,a little black pot hand painted with a Koala on a tree and Lone Pine Brisbane.
On the base is the boomerang sticker with Made in Australia on.
Will not be able to post any more photos till I get back on the 1st. November, sorry just wish I could as I have over 500 on my camera.
No I will not post them all LOL.

We had a great time, even if the weather was not the best.Have unpacked all the parcels, only one piece broken out of the 57 "bits" I sent home.
It was like Christmas as I could not remember all I had bought and was nicely surprised at what unfolded.
Thank you Erica for your lovely comment.
