Posting Arnotts Tins

Hi all

I have quite a few old Arnotts Biscuit Tins to list.

What is the best/safest way to post these to buyers to prevent damage?

I know I can use a satchel etc but is that safe enough. Do I need packing etc.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Posting Arnotts Tins

I have packed a number of tins, I wrap them in bubble wrap and put them in a box with polystyrene peanuts.  Never had any complaints about damage or the cost of postage.

Re: Posting Arnotts Tins

Hi there. Do you have pics of your old arnotts tins?

Do not use satchel. Use a proper box, recycle box will do to prevent the tin from any damages caused in transit.

Re: Posting Arnotts Tins

I need prolly around 110 tins to complete the set, and most of them are old tins (pre war).

Re: Posting Arnotts Tins

are the large (i cant remember if its 4LB or more) paper covered square arnotts tins (usually with the parrot and biscuit) still sought after ? provided the condition is good of course.
