I would say these are typical 1900-1920, what were known as mantle vases, because they stood on the mantelpiece, usually each side of something more substantial like a clock. These look Austrian/ German/ Bavarian; hard to tell from your photo but probably a transfer print, maybe with some hand added detail paint. Yours look in good condition, which is a bit unusual, as the handles and the wavy rim were very subject to damage. (I once spent a lot of money getting the rim on my grandmother's mantel vase repaired). Back in the day when we had Victorian homes, (and mantelpieces), you used to be able to get good prices for these larger vases in good condition. Now of course they are yesterday's antiques, but they are very decorative. Hope that helps.
