nice find, I m not particularly fond of Carlton ware except that colour.


 


and good finds so far for others.


 


I found a small teaset of Kemety Australia today. Havnt unpacked it yet but will get a photo added asa.

I love most Carlton Ware, Rouge Royale is a wonderful colour.  I also like the more ordinary pieces that everyone used on their dining room tables and kitchens.

wonderful things .i bought some interesting furniture odds and ends and fountain pens lately, and will take some pics sometime.


nothing that comes  close to the kookaburra though.

Thanks, I am very happy with the Kookaburra it goes with the other ones nicely. I seem to be limiting myself to just a few pieces of Australian pottery a year now and try to aim more towards the upper end as they are quite hard to get here. But there is no limit to the amount of 60's/70's retro stuff, still lots of great buys and is readly avaliable. Cheers Billy
