Received another letter today...............
QUOTE ~~~~
" Further to the letter you would have received dated 19 July from Mr David Grosse, Deputy Regional Director South Coast, Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), I advise the following :
Please disregard the letter sent to you, dated 19 July. Upon further consideration of the current engagement activities undertaken by the project team to date, TMR has developed a more responsive community communication approach for all interested persons with regard to the Park Ridge Connector project.
Community communication activities between July and October 2012 are outlined below :
* From next Monday 30 July, TMR will contact residents directly impacted by the proposed alignment ( the corridor), setting up one on one meetings with the TMR project team
* During this process, TMR will establish whether there is wide spread support for the proposed project alignment, and ensure residents are given the option to voice / state any opposition to the project
* TMR will establish a single point of contact for directly and indirectly affected residents
* The TMR project team will consider all suggestions and concerns raised by the community and respond to emails / phone calls promptly
* It is proposed that an information day be held after two months to finalise the communication process and highlight common feedback
* TMR must maintain contact with affected residences and concerned community groups going forward
It is the intention of TMR to work in genuine partnership with the community to successfully deliver sustainable transport solutions for the current and future transport needs across Queensland. I look forward to receiving your feedback on the Park Ridge Connector project.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Noonan

Hi Hynes,
I quote "I look forward to receiving your feedback on the Park Ridge Connector project.",
He says he wants your feedback and looks forward to receiving it, Whee Haar, now is your opportunity to tell him exactly what you think about the planned project and how it will impact on the lives of the residents - could also be tempted to tell him to put it where the sun don't shine.
Wilma.

I know you wouldn't Hynes, but, giving someone, anyone a real reality check must be a huge temptation, or, as Wilma says, tell em to put it where the sun don't shine.
