Why don't eBay show reasons for bid retractions?

Be great if eBay showed bid retractions looking at some 2in a month a 178 in  6months ,not telling me they were all mistakes ,more like shill bidding retractions IMHO found one bidder had over 400 in 6 months!!!!!

Showing reasons won't help.

Bidders will just select whatever lie they choose.

More to the point would be why eBay don't restrict accounts after a certain number of retractions within a certain period.

eBay probably restrict some but not enough IMO.
