Hello,
I am concerned about three 1930 Pennies.
I belong to a Coin Club and had the coins identified
none are genuine .
They appear to be modern forgeries.
How do I alert Buyers ?
Although one Seller was asking $1 Million.
So I doubt anyone would buy it.
The other two Coins one sold for over $5,000.
The other I am not sure what happened to that sale.
Should E.Bay be banning these Coins?

Rare, but IMO a little steep.

You can inform the seller as they may not be aware.
It is up to the buyer to be aware and purchase high value items with CoA only.
Even at 5,000, I doubt anyone would buy without CoA.
If the one that sold is found to be a replica, the buyer has 45 days to claim if paid by PayPal.
It is difficult for ebay to ban without having the coins verified themselves.
ebay to certain degree leave it to the honesty of members to use the site in the manner it was set up to be and can't police all listings only examine them when reported. Even then how does ebay obtain proof without having the items in their hands.
So it comes down to caveat emptor.
But no doubt you voice your concern amongst your fellow collectors and every little bit helps.
