anyone recognise this depression glass pattern/maker?

Just wondering if anyone knows the pattern or maker of this oval dish.  I am assuming it is depression glass as it has the manufacturing bubbles and creases, and feels old but could be wrong. 

I have shown here the underside with the raised flower and leaf pattern.

I have trawled through a few glass sites and can't seem to find it.

I think its a piece of Bagley glass
