help identifying this pottery platter please

Hi there

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this hors d'oeuvrs platter. It has a section in the middle for toothpicks! I assume it is Australian. It was my late mother in laws. There is a mark on the bottom which is very hard to read but I think it says 239XE. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure you have seen the VERY similar prawn-decorated piece for sale which is described as "like Diana". Someone more knowledgeable about construction styles (shown on your listing) may be able to help.
