Hello everyone,
I'm branching out a bit for me, and don't know the best category to list these dolls. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Any info such as key words would be helpful, too.:-x
This is doll 1 She has a full head/skull with no hole in it.

Bother! Stuffed it up already. Doll 1 DOES have a hole in her head with the eyes set in with plaster.

Doll 3 is a smaller baby doll
Sh eneeds a wig, too. They're all ceramic, is it bisque? Hand painted as far as I can tell. Doll 1 has painted eyelashes, doll 2 has hair eyelashes.
Thanks for any help

hi OWL, I have sold dolls like that in the past, they are handmade, used to be a very popular hobby in the 1980s around here, classes in most suburbs.
your dolls look well made, and I think I put them under
Dolls & Bears> Dolls >other
some have a name on the back of the neck and sometimes an incised date and initials

Sooooooooooooo what is the difference between bisque and ceramic dolls.....I gave my girls some bisque dolls years ago, but, don't know much about them.

Bisque is a type of ceramic. Porcelain is a type of ceramic etc etc... Ceramic is the umbrella term.
Bisque is low-fired and can also be called biscuit. It's the first firing stuff, before decoration is added if we're talking china.
