This is a real good question one that needs an answer, Power sellers with 100% positive feedback, not one negative. Yet after finding screenshots and other evidence of negative feedback being left then just disappears with no trace of any negative. I know this is factual as a friend of mine left negative feedback on 1 power seller that sold a reproduction item as original issued the real deal and all the rest. But within 24 hrs the feedback left was erased from this sellers feedback history.
I donโt know if eBay removed it or as soon as a real fast refund is handed out the negative feedback is removed , as the refunded item, was no longer purchased rendering the feedback that was left, irrelevant and therefore it is removed.
I think after reading a little on this that the feedback system on eBay should be left how it was posted, unless both partys agree to remove the feedback. It looks like dishonest sellers can continue to keep a 100% positive feedback just by refunding all that leave negative feedback.
This has to be changed if it is so, because these sellers that continue to use this method to change and keep all feedback positive.
My thoughts and how can we run a pol on this ??

I will have a shot at answering you. While it is no doubt TRUE that eBay is not a level playing field, through reading on the Power Sellers' Board, it is obvious that many, many very reputable Power Sellers have difficulty having unwarranted Negative Feedback removed - it is certainly NOT true that eBay removes negative (or even neutral) Feedback immediately just because someone asks (even if they are a very big Power Seller.)
If a refund is given any Feedback left is NOT removed UNLESS the buyer asks eBay for the opportunity to revise it. This is often done - after a refund, a seller sends the buyer a Request for Feedback Revision, which the buyer may or may not agree to. However this does not happen instantly and I assume your friend would have told you if this was the case.
The most likely cause for very fast Feedback removal lies in what the Feedback said. Without knowing that I am guessing.
Was a dispute started and did the Feedback mention that fact - instant removal if Seller requests.
Was there a dispute started and did the buyer mention Feedback in that (or indeed during any correspondence through eBay Messages with the Seller?) - instant removal if Seller requests.
Did the Feedback use bad language or hate-provoking language - instant removal if Seller requests.
Or claim anything that the Seller could PROVE (through the wording of the listing, checking eBay messages etc) was untrue - eBay will usually investigate at the request of the Seller, though it often takes a Claim of Defamation to be submitted to get any action.
I am sure there are other variations that someone may add.

again thanks mate
The feedback left was about recieving a reproduction item that was sold as an original.
No bad langage or abuse, it was just stated the facts as ill write below
Sold me a original item i got a cheap copy not happy
the above was word for word as to what the feedback said.
Strange and disapointing knowing that the buyer did not agree to the negative feedback removal, and was quite upset about the issue.
well i have lernt some more today i thank you for that.

OK well perhaps at some stage during the dispute (I am assuming one was opened) or during messages exchanged though the eBay message system the buyer mentioned the word Feedback. This is a big NO NO if a buyer is trying to negotiate a refund. eBay regards this as Feedback extortion (even if it not) and if Negative or even Neutral feedback is left afterwards, will often immediately remove Feedback upon Seller's request. There is some dispute over whether eBay will also automatically remove any DSR stars left for the same transaction. In today's eBay, DSR stars are often MORE important to a seller than Feedback left.
