any one know this type of bottle have been searching google but no luck

there is no name only metal tag with instructions

It is what they call, a Soda Syphon. You put a bulb into the top and it Aerated the water.  If you Google Vintage Soda Syphons, I'm sure you will find out more about them. 🙂

Looks like a soda stream from 50's-60's.

Gas pellet goes in top and water in flask, instant sodawater.
