signature on perfume bottle

Hi All, I have this gorgeous little art glass perfume bottle, it has a signature on the base that is very hard to see because of the colouring. The only letter I can make out is the first initial of S & the numbers'96. I cant even pick the signature up clearly on my camera to show it but was hoping somone may reckonise the bottle. Thank you

Initially it reminds me of Egyptian perfume bottles. Or if the underneath is meant to be something, it looks a little like "The all seeing eye" from Turkey.
