First you need to date the hallmark - there are many on-line sites that will help you there. Or a good clear photo. The patents may not really help as patent designs were reproduced for many years. You need to make sure of the type - is is the type which holds a wood pencil? As a small silver collectable its value is really what others will pay. Once you can accurately date it, and are sure of the correct description for the type, googling (not just searching past eBay sales) should give you some idea. Desirable items with correct descriptions and good clear photos will usually sell for what they are worth - start an auction for what you HOPE it may bring - you can always try a lower price if it fails to sell. But you know this already, as you sell collectables. Good luck.
