vintage necklace help please

this beautiful necklace is 75 grams of gold each piece is numbered on the back with links holding it altogether

have had it tested 9 crt

wondering if any one has seen one like it before

Sorry, can't help you - the numbers look like the order to put them together, like a jigsaw puzzle. If you were going to sell it, I would recommend a good clear picture of the testing report, as to be honest the fittings look like quite poor quality, which would be unusual for such an obviously valuable necklace.

I'm with SS,numbers are like a puzzle to fit it together,also the "fittings" that join the necklace to the "bib" design look messy, i dont know what the chain design is called but it reminds me of a handbag chain. & staples.

The design/pieces of the bib are not sitting together well if you have a look at the front photo, just alittle off.

With a high end/designer piece (which it could appear with a quick glance) the finish would be perfect & it would be signed.

As SS says you would have to provide a copy of the test report.

hiya, , I know u said uve had it tested and its 9ct gold.. is it sort of like aluminium lightness when u hold it ?

I have several piece of jewellery similar [not numbered ] that was my mums and it looks similar kind of metal to yours. Mine dates from late 40s early 50s.
