Automatic response by ebay

I have been frustrated by automatic response by eBay and this has not help my issues at all, eBay needs to improve there customer care either by employing more workers other than relying on AI which is just wasting times. Are other members getting proper help by these AI?

You'll generally get much better advice and help from other members,   rather than AI or  eBay Customer help who usually read from a script.

 

You've posted on the Australian forum but if you log out of here and log in to eBay UK, I'm sure other experienced members will be able to give you good advice and help.

I would not bother with AI nor the scripted responses everyone gets from eBay cs

 

I would ask here and know I will get factual replies based on eBay policies from other members who are actually using ebay
