Bought few items - received counterfeit fake machine- made linen advertised as antique handmade lace, returned for refund.
Negative feedbacks were removed by eBay on seller’s request without stating the reason, supporting sellers illegal activity.
Don’t trust eBay feedback policy and sellers ratings!
The seller has also been abusive and racist, got access to my private contact details and humiliated me, - reported to eBay, eBay ignoring this type of behaviour only dating for money and business.

As frustrating as it is, OP, you cannot name and shame. It’s specifically mentioned in the community guidelines.
A moderator will no doubt be along to edit your post.
(Have you reported the seller’s behaviour to the police? Cyber bullying isn’t being treated as seriously as it should be, but reporting it will at least be a beginning.)

Negative feedback is only ever removed if it breaches policy. It is sometimes done by bots, and in some circumstances, before the seller even knows it was left for them in the first place. So despite what you say, the seller may not have requested removal, and may not even be aware that you left any feedback at all.
If your feedback was removed, then it must have breached policy. I suggest you read the relevant policies again before leaving any further feedback - lest you risk having your feedback removed once again... and if you develop a history of breaching eBay policy, you also risk sanctions on your account
