Customer Service is shocking on Ebay. Ebay does not have an email or customer service contact details to send a question! That is so bad! What an insult to our intelligence. We customers need to turn away or cut down our usage of Ebay by 80% until they do the right thing and provide some level of customer service and have contact and email details clearly displayed. I'm going to find out from consumer affairs if this is legal. Hey customers, go to Temu or similar - at least you can email them.

Go ahead
Anyone with a brain would not support Temu
You could ask other members here
If you wanted factual information rather than a pre written reply
Or you could ask the seller themselves
Or not buy at all from dodgy sellers registered in India
Since eBay rarely read here, it is not going to bother them a bit

May I ask why you are unable to click the "Help" hyperlink found at the top and/or bottom of every page?
This may surprise you, but contacting eBay isn't done telepathically... it actually requires clicking on links to navigate around the site. Literally one click and the landing page is as pictured below...

No doubt consumer affairs love having their time wasted with non-issues though
Too bad about the people who have a legitimate need for their help
