DIFFICULTY IN OBTAINING REFUND

I PURCHASED A SMALL PHONE CHARGER ON EBAY IT IS FAULTY AND THEY WONT REFUND ME BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY NOW THEY JUST IGNORE ME DONOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER THEY HAVE FAULTY GOODS
