Ebay turning Buyer into BOT, Cancelling all future sales

Long time buyer eBay, 

Requested through their normal helpful  cart buy service 2x items.

screen displayed you are a ...BOT. ......

Tried again verified through phone..... YOU are ...A..BOT!!!

Notation attached  if you have JAVA SCRIP{T turned Off or using another address , order will fail.

Spent an Hour talking to STUPID! (Their BOT!)

explained situation. to no AVAIL, 

Spoke to my computer, was informed  JAVA SCRIPT is located in India, and they have recently upgraded use thereof in the new terms of agreement  " You (ME) the user give up all rights" to, Emails ,Client/Customer/friends lists, photos, downloads etc to contact and use as they wish, also allowed to change any without notification to yourself!

This might explain my computer informing me the site (JAVA) can hack my computer.

I take umbrage at leaving a friend and am sad for the salers who now are aware, "Why sales are not "Completed!"

We are not in a position to do anything, or suggest anything you have not already tried

Posting here is not contacting eBay, who rarely read the member to member forum 

I cannot comment of the rest of it

Only place I have seen that kind of spiel is on the fake/scammy posts that get shared on Facebook about giving up your rights to your photos etc

If your computer has been hacked, that is something you need to resolve asap
