Feedback for an item refunded due to problems with said item

Hi, awhile ago I bought a book on Ebay and seller indicated it was to be posted. However, when the seller noticed that the book had marks etc decided best not to send it and refunded my money straightaway. However, the book is still in my awaiting Feedback. Since money was refunded and item not sent, what can I do about this?
