Seller claimed returned item is not the item he sent

Case is already closed and I've been 100% refunded . I left a negative feedback. But know the feedback was deleted.  The seller gave false information regarding the returned item (what was a completely lie). My feedback wasn't against the ebay policy, I just listed the facts and left a warning for other buyers. I should be happy as I've been refunded but I'm not ok that my negative feedback was deleted. In fact I feel ebay tolerates such fraud behavior. If I'd have evidence I'd go to authorities to claim the fraud. But never had that before so I was unprepared. This event will change definitely my further buys here on ebay. Where can I claim that I'm not ok with this? TIA

What did your feedback say?

There is nowhere for you to claim anything.

Obviously eBay does not tolerate such fraud behaviour as you were refunded.

sounds like a storm in a tea cup,   if you don't have evidence how do you know they did wrong.   

They either did or did not,  for you to make these claims you must have evidence.

You were refunded so, ipso facto, no fraud was committed.

if someone hits your car at night and did a runner you know you are right,

but you have no evidence, the only thing you can do is to is claim it ...

I know I'm right and the seller knows it too ...

I know ebay is not able/the place to judge who's cheating and who's not

yes life is easy, it was an attempt of fraud but that's not the point 

as said above I should be ok and I am because I didn't lose money 

but not the fact that my statement was deleted 

ebay ask you for your feedback all the time, I didn't put anything made up in my feedback 

so, when the seller is not happy with the feedback its getting deleted?

eBay will remove some feedback manually, or automatically.
