Hi, I didnt receive item. Contacted seller and they are very polite but do nothing about it and many reviews with similar issues. Went through complaints and received refund of $11.80 from $35.40 spend. Trying to email Ebay with no success. What do I do? Puts me off purchasing through Ebay.... Any advice? cheers David

Most sellers will not do anything UNLESS YOU OPEN A DISPUTE.
All you had to do was open a case for Item Not received and the seller would have been obliged to refund you if they could not show tracking. If you are still within 30 days of receipt, do so now!
Not sure what you mean when you say you "went through complaints" - please clarify.

Sorry, not within 30 days of receipt, but within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.

Emailing is a waste of time, go to the link below and scroll to the bottom for contact options.

You needed to follow the correct process and open an item not received dispute, and follow through with it
If the seller could not prove delivery , then you would have all you money back
I am not sure what you mean by 'went through complaints' ?
Could you please explain?
email eBay is pointless as it is a bot automated system and not they way to handle item not received
Reviews are for products, do you mean the seller has a lot of negs for not sending items?
You, as a buyer are given all the tools in the world to get your item, as it is described (and at all) and if you don't, you need to use those tools and you will be covered under the MBG
If you don't use them, eBay have no clue there is any problem
