I bought 2x external SSD hard drives and are Chinese rubbish. 5 months the Chinese sellers keep telling me to be patient as they waiting for finance department to provide refund.

They kept making excuses until I passed the period to make complaint with ebay.

I won't buy from eBay anymore and advised others not too as eBay's useless

Firstly, you didn't buy anything from eBay, as they don't sell anything.

Secondly, eBay is far from useless. They offer excellent security for buyers through their MBG. You making a personal choice to not use the MBG reflects poorly on you - not eBay. Is there any legitimate reason for not following correct procedure and instead just doing your own thing?

Thirdly, if you choose to buy rubbish from Chinese sellers, that's entirely your choice. If you buy Chinese rubbish, you get Chinese rubbish. What exactly were you expecting to receive?

Your choice to go along with the dodgy seller, rather than use the tools you are given to get your money back

Why on earth would you go along with such nonsense?

ebay do not read here and have no idea if you leave or stay

And they also have no idea there was an issue because you did not attempt to do anything

One less person supporting dodgy sellers is not a bad thing

Also, I suggest people know the buying basics and open the appropriate dispute instead of thinking basic policies do not apply to them
