I had to return a faulty e-scooter that failed to perform and was falsely advertised. I was refunded for the scooter, the unused insurance policy and postage. I was assured by seller & ebay that I would be refunded the $274.06 I paid Pack & Send to return. So in good faith I returned the faulty scooter. I received the refund for the scooter, insurance & postage in August 2023.....now in November 2023 I still await to be refunded the return shipping costs. This has not been good PR for online buying - I have not bought anything online since this debacle. Come on ebay SORT THIS OUT!

I'm confused
You have twice named yourself as the seller
I was assured by (yourself)
Come on (yourself) sort this out
You bought an e-scooter from a seller in China with horrid feedback and had issues
If the e-scooter was not as described why did you pay to return the thing up front?
And what do you expect eBay will do (even *if* they did happen to read your post) after all this time?
